Ingredients:kalongi,fenugreek whole, fennel whole,black mustard seeds,cumin whole. in india the name means five spices. Unlike most spice mixes, panch phoron is always used whole and vever ground. Traditionally,panch phoron is used with vegetables, chicken or beef curry,fish,lentils,shutko,and in pickles.
